The Shenzhen Daily has published an article about one of the founders of Shenzhen Party written by Newman Huo:
YOUNG American entrepreneur, Brent Deverman, said he had no regrets after moving to Shenzhen when he graduated with degrees in computer science and East Asian studies from Michigan State University in 2000.

Past Project: 3D MP3 Visualization Tool
Just found a web site for my past computer science capstone project "The Musical Organizational Tool set in an Interactive Virtual Environment (MOTIVE)". This was a program that would create a 3D space of MP3 files organized by similarity. Users could then browse the 3D space and as they got closer to the "strip" representation of the MP3 the music would get louder. You could hear multiple files at once, the closest one being the loudest. Has anyone seen this as a commercial product yet?
Past Programming: TI-85 Calculator
In my high school days I purchased a TI-85 Programmable graphic calculator. This was at the same time when I was getting on the internet and American Online. A few of the programs that me and my friend Vance O'Neill made are floating on the net and for posterity I link to them here:
