Old Timey Menus

I was working on an app for translating menus for travelers called Fdoo. When a post on Hackernews came across my feed with a collection of old menus from the late 1800s to early 1900s I had to look.

Just like in my Fdoo app, they use AI to explain the dishes to the modern human. It is almost like translating from a different language.
